Enrollment Reporting

One representative from each community college is granted editing rights to enter enrollment data. Please contact the webmaster if you need to change the enrollment reporter for your institution.

To ensure accurate and consistent reporting, MCCSSA uses the following definitions for enrollment reporting:

• Fall semester: semester that typically begins in late August or early September and runs through December

• Winter-Spring semester: semester that typically begins in January and runs through late April or early May

• Summer semester: semester that typically begins in May and runs through August

At the conclusion of each semester, the webmaster will lock in the data for archival purposes and post the data as PDF on this page.

The information presented reflects a snapshot in time and should not be interpreted as final or official enrollment data reported to compliance entities (e.g., IPEDS). Data definitions used by MCCSSA may differ from those used institutionally. Additionally, because this table is populated manually, occasional inaccuracies or omissions may occur.
